Amazon was very good about crediting my money back and even sent me a prepaid packing slip to ship it back. All of the guns are very sturdy, and durable, the coils could be better quality. It does come with everything that is promised. Other than the getting halfway through a tat and the power supply going out, I would say that this is an excelent buy, and would recomend this to any novice tattoo artist
