I did take it into my therapist and he explained how much gel to use and how to correctly move the machine.
I travel alot and tend to get bursitis in my hip and not always near a therapist.I have been using the machine and it is like have a personal physical therapist traveling with me.The portability of it and the sturdy case are wonderful.I have recommended it to family and friends.
Just make sure a medical person explains how to use this correctly because there are some dangers if not used correctly.
