(More customer reviews)I have always been curious about these machines and finally have the opportunity to experiment.After using the chi machine for 15 minutes I noticed increased vitality and better circulation.During use I found myself releasing those areas in the body that tend to energetically `hold on' and cause chronic tension/stress.A very important feature with this model is it's wide range of swinging speeds (I prefer the subtle, gentle speed) to select with a rotating dial on a hand-held controller.This model has a very comfortable, padded rest for the ankles (unlike other similar models), no loud timer, and a built in handle for easy travel.I highly recommend this product.AllAboutMassagers was professional and packaging was perfect.
