(More customer reviews)The machine needle threader is a very clever idea, however, I only managed to use it a few times before it broke.The directions aren't clear, and a picture of how it works would have been helpful.It is flimsy and can't take a heavy hand.It may have lasted longer had I used a lighter hand.A warning to that affect would also have been helpful.You are directed to place the thread between a cutout slot at the end with the arrow.The arrow is raised on the handle and being the same color as the handle, is hard to locate.I marked my arrow with liquid white out so it would be more visible.You place the tube end with the slots and thread above the needle eye on your machine needle.You slide it down the needle.When the tube end reaches the needle eye a tiny, thin, flat, piece of metal slides out and pushes the thread through the eye of the needle. It was like magic and I loved it.I was very disappointed when I bent the tiny piece of metal and could not straighten it to make it work again.This tool was not expensive and I wrote it off as a lesson learned.
