(More customer reviews)I bought the item on June.The first ultrasound they sent me was not even working at all.I called and told that the ultrasound was not functioning.Then I sent back the ultrasound to them.They send me a new ultrasound.But the ultra sound didnt last for long.I only used it for 5 months. Now, it should be still under warranty but when report this problem to them they never responded back.Dont believe if it said 1 year warranty.This company is not following the 1 year warranty.Poor customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone who wants good quality ultrasound and excellent customer service.
