(More customer reviews)I have had pain in my neck and shoulder and applied ultrasound to the trigger points and on the first day along with massage and stretching I have noticed a considerable difference in the pliability of my muscle.The unit does heat up but not by much; it could also be heating up due to the friction against the skin.What ever the case this ultrasound has been good at breaking down stubborn knots along my neck and spine and I have only used it a couple of times.
