The hydrating cream is beneficial especially for those with dry hands. We are indifferent to the sanitizing spray since my wife is just about the only one who uses the bath but may be important if several people are using it. My wife uses the foot boots for her hands as well and it seems to work fine. She is definitely glad we purchased this with the TherabathPRO.
