(More customer reviews)At first I didn't understand how to get this thing to work without frequent failures, but a short trip online and I found some videos of proper operation; I've had no trouble since.If you gently start the mechanism a bit and back off you can make getting the papers to stay a bit easier, and it helps some of the longer tobacco to cooperate.
Do not over pack this.As with any roller you can damage the rolling mechanism if you cram too much stuff in it.WET tobacco is a no no, especially if it's longer cuts of it.Even the seemingly robust manual rollers you can pick up at the gas station will break if you over pack them.
The container does not seal, and there are spaces where tobacco can leak through, so I can't recommend you use the reservoir as storage for loose tobacco, however, if you want to keep some rolled ones in there, some papers, or even a pack of tobacco it should do the job just fine.There's a good bit of room in there, and the mechanism does a good job and keeping things from bouncing around.
It's a bit creaky, but it does the job and will definitely replace my manual rollers.I am impressed with the speed and it will handle shorter papers without any issues.Plus, it's way cooler than carrying around a bag and making a mess all the time.
