(More customer reviews)This is a portable CD player with additional programming for light glasses.The light glasses are simply big sunglasses with little led lights stuck on the inside.I have really enjoyed using this product as it is very relaxing and helps me to meditate.I chose this light and sound machine over others because the CD player is part of the system instead of requiring a separate CD player as well.
