It is only an "accessory" or part of a capsule filling machine.What is shown in the picture is a complete machine, but this is only the top piece, by its self it is a worthless piece of plastic.The description is completely inadequate. As of May 2010 when I do a search on Amazon I can not find the rest of the machine for sale.
