(More customer reviews)I love to go to the gym, but once i started lifting a little heavy, I was careless and pulled a muscle really bad in the lower back. It wouldn't heal by itself so I tried a chiropractor/physical therapist. After about 10 sessions with the physical therapist, I felt so much better. The majority of the session included muscle stimulation in the back with an electronic muscle stimulator, probably more professional machine than this and a few exercises for the back. When I found this device on the internet at Amazon, I was so happy and decided to give it a try because the pain was coming back after 6 months of not going to the physical therapist, the other option was surgery which I really want to avoid. So i tried this and it resembles the massaging and muscle stimulating feeling that was in the physical therapists office. Very happy with this product. I think this product strengthens and tones your muscle if they've suffered an injury or strain and therefore reduces the pain greatly so you can function on a daily basis.
