(More customer reviews)I have a "faux" hardwood floor, and cats, which means extra amounts of dust & hair on the floor.When I bought this product, it seemed like the perfect solution for my situation.I used it for about a month before it broke.It was awesome until the part of the mop head that is "flexible" broke in half.It's a great idea but they need to reinforce the plastic or something so it will last a decent amount of time.I have written the company a letter of complaint and will update my review of this product if their response is something worth reporting.

*UPDATE*
I got a response from the company and was given an 800 number to call for customer service.I called and spoke to a very friendly person who asked me a few questions and then mailed me a coupon good for any product in their line up to the amount of what this one cost me.In this case, it was $10.00.I was also told that the company was redesigning this particular product and it would be out this summer.I went ahead and got one just like it to replace it and it looks like the design flaw is fixed.All in all, I am a satisfied customer and would give this product five stars if I could change it from my original two, but this site won't let me!!
