(More customer reviews)Followed the directions, to include using the conductive jell, EXACTLY.The indicator needle moves, a little, nothing else happens.Tried waiting two and then three times as long as recommended.The hair can be "pulled", but does not "slide out easily" and grows back as if just removed with tweezers.No indication that the "current" is doing anything constructive.The instructions say that if the needle moves at all, the unit is fine and don't bother returning it.I say don't bother buying it.
