My mother paid nearly $170 for this machine about 15 years ago, and I remembered how easy it was to use and how effective it was at getting the circulation going in the leg areas. So I bought one. I am using this machine a few times a day, and it is really helping my circulation. It has 3 speeds, low-med-high, and four intervals of time, 5-10-15-20. It is a very quiet machine and very easy to use. Take it out of the box, plug it in, and use the remote to get it started. It has long cords for ease of placement and comfortable ankle rests that are padded. This is a good buy.
